We developed a chatbot that was available to assist to provide after-hours customers with a response to FAQ questions. When no human input would be available to assist, the chatbot provides high accuracy to access information during off-hours.

1. Began with a Minimal Valuable Product (MVP) solution, we focused on the known questions that would be asked, then we pulled and presented the data from one predefined source.

2. Phase two consisted of generating synthetic data to add multiple versions of the FAQs and then fine-tuning the model.

3. Fine-tuned Open AI GPT-3 Text-Davinci-003

4. Once we fine-tuned the GPT-3 model, we deployed it and tested the API endpoints and responses using Postman.
